2. Information in an inquiry
A vessel inquiry may include a name, business contact details, company, operational requirements, budget and delivery preferences. Please avoid sending patient records, classified information or unrelated personal data through a general inquiry.
3. This preview
The current HTML prototype processes the form locally to generate a downloadable brief. It has no inquiry-submission backend, analytics integration or advertising tracker configured in its source. A downloaded brief remains on the user’s device unless the user shares it.
4. Planned use of inquiries
The production process is intended to support responding to inquiries, developing requirements and managing agreed brokerage or consultancy work. The final notice must describe the actual processing purposes and applicable legal basis.
5. Sharing and service providers
The final notice must identify relevant provider categories, any necessary international transfers and the conditions under which an inquiry may be shared with owners, shipyards or appointed specialists. Buyer identity and confidential information require appropriate handling.
6. Retention and individual requests
The retention period, security arrangements and method for making applicable privacy requests will be documented once the legal entity and production systems are selected.
7. Cookies and changes
Any analytics, cookies or other production features will be assessed and reflected in the notice before they are enabled. This document is a design and content draft, not confirmation that the production arrangements are complete.
